If you spend any time in Nottingham City Centre, it's likely that you've seen our debut tram design for Cavendish Lettings. When the YMCA requested a selection of tram designs a few weeks later, we were lucky enough to be a Nottingham designer with four different exterior ads spread across six trams for two different clients.
Exuding class, FC7's minimilistic brochure portrays the uncomprimising standard and confidence you can expect of their construction.
The second reincarnation of the youth programme YMCA Digital, saw the brand move away from its original black and red 'industrial' visuals to a more contemporary feel which better suited its rapidly growing audience.
Upgrading from a classic brown styled promo, Cavendish Lettings now portrays a sharp, slick, highly-stylised identity which better reflects their up-market property portfolio. It's no coincedence they have been awarded Best Midlands Letting Agents by The Sunday Times.
A punchy, bright and very synchronised city centre campaign from all angles combined flyers, posters, a large window display, a huge 6m banner, a TV reel and webpage and made this the most successful campaign at the Fitness Centre to date!
Offering a lot of information in a very clean, structured form, the fact that no prospectus goes out the door looking plain is something to shout about.
