When I Grow Up is Serosensa's own illustrated children's book brand, created to inspire schoolchildren to consider careers in construction. Freely distributed to schools throughout the UK, it's grown into a two-book series and picked up four industry awards along the way.

Each page is hand-drawn, vectored and painstakingly hand-painted using thousands of Photoshop masks and custom brushes, giving the books an engaging, school-project feel while still holding up as a masterclass in colour control for print.
